The following countries have treaty trader
and/or treaty investor provisions. Countries followed by one asterisk (*) have treaty trader provisions, allowing only for issuance of E-1 visas. Countries followed by two asterisks (**) have treaty investor
provisions, allowing only for issuance of E-2 visas. If an asterisk does not follow, the country maintains both treaty trader and treaty investor provisions. |
