visa is available to citizens of almost all countries

B.
Investing in the United States Of America

This article deals with two visas:
1.
THE TREATY INVESTOR Visa (E-2).
This visa entitles citizens of certain countries to
make an investment in the U.S.A. and to direct and
manage the business. This is a temporary visa. There
is no need to show that the applicant is coming to
the U.S.A. for a specific period of time provided
that there is an ultimate intention to depart the
country and not remain in the U.S.A. permanently.
2.
THE
EMPLOYMENT CREATION GREENCARD. This
visa entitles people to acquire permanent residence
by making a very large investment in a business in
the U.S.A. which will employ at least 10 people.
